Thai Curry Loaded with Veggies.
If you like chunks of spicy veggies in coconut milk then you'll really enjoy this meal. It is in my top 3 flavors and is a welcomed addition into my backpacking meal rotation. It comes with powdered coconut milk that thickens it up nicely and adds a ton of flavor you'd find in traditional thai curry. I was surprised by the big broccoli chunks and it packs some heat with the thai chilis. However, if you really want to spice it up, bring some siracha or pepper.
