This is the version of the Radical ST licensed out by Dynafit:
"Dynafit brought back the ST Radical - this was many AT skiers first binding and it is great to see it get a slight upgrade with some aluminum parts. It is a significantly lighter binding than the Rotation at the cost of stripping a few features and keep the price down."
